Phillip and Tanja's Wedding Itinerary – 23rd & 24th October 2009
Friday, 23rd October – Civil Ceremony Wedding Day and Pre-Wedding Party
11am | Civil ceremony, Neukirchen Registry Office, Neukirchen (see Map). We are required by law to have a civil ceremony prior to a church ceremony. |
If you have arrived in Germany in time for this, it would be a pleasure to have you there.
After the ceremony, we will have a quick bite at the nearby Neukirchner Hof restaurant. You are welcome to join us for this, if you wish.
Transport: Car shares will be arranged from Oed and Etzelwang to Neukirchen and back.
6.30pm | Pre-wedding Party at Annemarie & Helmut's home in Erkelsdorf. A night for everyone to get together and look forward to another wonderful day tomorrow. |
Transport: A taxi service will be available throughout the evening.
Saturday, 24th October – Church Wedding Day and Grand Reception
1pm | Church Ceremony, St Nikolaus Church, Etzelwang. HORRAY! |
After the church ceremony, we will make our way to Oed and the reception venue for celebrations.
Transport: Car shares will be arranged from Oed and Neukirchen to the church in Etzelwang and back to Oed.
2.30pm | Wedding Cake and Afternoon Tea. Sweet and savoury treats to get the party started. |
4pm | Bridal Kidnapping Please see our wedding blog for details on this. |
Those of you not wishing to take part in the kidnapping can rest, walk, drink, talk and relax.
6.30pm - Late | Champagne Reception, Speeches, Dinner, Music, Dancing and Games. Eat lots, drink much and be merry. |
12am | Midnight buffet. Something hearty to minimise your hangover tomorrow. |
