If you are arriving on the Friday before the wedding, the last train to leave the main station in Nuremberg is at 00:12 am from platform 9.
After this one, there won't be a service until the morning, when the first train will leave from 04:57 am.
The last tube that you can comfortably take from the airport to the main station is the 23:46. This will get you to the main station at 23:58. You will then have enough time to transfer and catch the 00:12 train.
There is a tube leaving the airport at 23:56, getting you to the main station at 00:08. To be honest, it will be very tight to make the 00:12 train. If you have your ticket, not a lot of luggage and you're feeling very energetic, you can sprint from the tube and might just about make it.
